I see Bug and Smudge Remover is spray and use scrub daddy to wash.

1 cup car wash and little water mop meeda vesi then wash the car. Wash ayina taruvatha tough spots or bugs ni remove cheyyadaniki remover.

If you have your car serviced like oil-change, repairs at the showroom, they'll wash it for free (at least for Toyota). I imagine they don't want dirty cars coming out of their showroom.
