Inka CVS minute clinics , Carbon Urgent Cars etc unnayi. Mostly they advertise price Infront.

That would be first step and is cheap. Based on what the Doctor/Nurse recommends. In person visit cheyyali ante cheyyachu. Which state? also look for the nearest urgent care and find out what they charge

instead of using insurnace..just go to urgent care..they will do basic check up and advise... they chardged around 200 for x=ray etc...

BP will fluctuate because of the air travel. Someone I know had the same experience with their parents as well. It should get better in 2 weeks. Don’t hesitate to go to doctor immediately.

You can take a regular doctor appointment. Not hospitals. You will have to expand your area of search and find a doctor who is taking patients. They charge $100 and give a prescription. If you cannot find one, take appointment with a Chinese acupuncture. They have good medicine for BP. 

Which area? If Fremont, CA or around call Bala Annadurai MD.

Don't panic. Ask your mom to take a bit high dosage of medicine. And ask her to take long deep breaths. Ask her to lay down and rest. Better double check BP with another machine. Check BP when she is standing as well.
