record BP every morning before taking any meds x 3 days

call your india doc for suggestion

watch the food, less salt and karam, more fiber like veggies and fruits, more green leaves veggies,  more water to drink, little walk in the evening every day for 30 mins. Monitor the bp every day. 

tell her not to worry about anything, like no stress etc., sleep well, eat healthy all the time.

Usual ga regular ga Bp tablet vesthe normal levels maintain cheyachu. My father has same problem.

my suggesting is take her to local urgent care or call some Teladoc to get higher dosage Prescription. It wont cost you that much even without insurance. High BP ekkuva days vunte it can effect very seriously. I also would recommend to send her back to India to get her checked

That much BP is dangerous and prolonged condition can lead to paralysis or heart condition 

Please try to get it fixed or send them back to india .  Parents usually try to ignore the issue until it becomes worse , don't ignore it

SOS: Take to urgent care based on test results get some temporary medication and send to india for followup. High BP usually doesn't have any symptoms unless very very high. Show then your visitor insurance and let them decide.

If above is not an option take to CVS minute clinic, for $100 they do all tests. Based on outcome send to India for treatment.

may be she is not feeling comfortable here. Try medication for now and plan to take her to india soon. They will feel more comfortable there and availability of doctors 24*7 also in india
