My first post in this db ..BP is a life style deasese and can be cured with few lifestyle changes ..

 

I will post in detail later what lifestyle  changes worked for my mother to reduce BP and back to normal 

 

For now Consult doctor and take care of her ..

update : urgent care poyaka dose penchi vadamannaru. 

Prastutam avg 140 untundi. Down from 180. Evening nidra lechaka 160-170 madyalo untundi.
