They might even consider the property filings as fraud during previous elections.

Will CBN get stay on these type of issue/cases also?

True, Avunu anuko. But will it be as extreme as being ineligible for contest? I mean thats one of the possible outcome too. Because PM thatha has some serious grudge on CBN.

Meeku matter motham purthiga theliyadhu anukunta. Idhi case kadhu court ki velladaniki. Court lo thelchukovalante CBN IRS paina case veyyali. Usually 118cr case ante he can counter sue for 200CR from IRS if he is really confident about the outcome. If he wins IRS will pay 200CR if CBN looses then he should pay 100cr + whatever the penailties and fines for 118cr. This is not a big issue for CBN. he will pay IRS and come out. But the next following investigations will drill a big hole in the backyard. Thats the topic i was trying to address.

you mean IT ? ok. If he pays that is clear admission of guilt and politicians avoid that any cost and will try to sue mostly awaiting change of regime.
