They are keeping our Hygiene and immunity levels to Indian standards, so when we visit India, it is easy to assimilate and adjust

If you want cheap food than you need to compromise on something - If the owners hire all legal employees , Pay taxes payroll and Cook Fresh food every day , Clean the Kitchen every day . Just add the cost to your food - Than Each Biryani and Dish will start at $25

We have a restaurant called Ulavacharu here in Sunnyvale - He Makes Food Outside of the building in the back side - people still go there because for $20 you get goat curry goat biryani free beer and mango lassi .
