Met a friend at fortworth seaquest mentioning Haslet is coming up good area ..contrast to frisco prosper Allen areas 100 to 200k lower prices he mentioned 550 to 600k decent 3k sft houses ..

yeah was looking at other options too..

1. Little Elm/Aubrey - Lennar/Tripointe/bloomfield homes in (paloma creek/Union park n Arrowbroke)  - prblem is 380 traffic n bad school districts antunnaru..

2. Celina lo emo edhi patukuna - 650-700k + Pid or mud antunnaru..

3. Mckinney lo Painted tree n Trinity falls emo very smaller lots n felt expensive with the interest rates (and babailu asala taggatla...) 😬
