So you mean, CM post should be decided on caste census ? If that’s the case, why do we need to even have an election ? Let’s do a caste census and appoint one person from the caste who has high representation in population demographics.

Based on region ki okay ani Nenu ekada seppina? Statehood based on the region and electing a government based on a region both are not the same. Region was the basis to draw a line, a border and secret ballot is a way to elect a government based on popular vote. 
 

Under representation has been always there, PVNR CM ayindi danivalle..Chenna Reddy ayindi kuda danivalle.

Most of the CM’s are from Seema anedi not really a fact if you keep aside CBN and YSR. 
 

When the state formed, Seema batch Capital vadukunaru kabatti they had first preference over CM post…twice CM post went to Seema. 1964 tarvata Seema nundi CM ayindi Kotla before NTR and almost all Seema CM’s were literally appointment CM’s who did not complete their term. It’s only after vennupotu, CM’s full term chesindi..

Some Turpu Kapu OBCs in Vizag and Godavari use Reddy surname. But some Reddys in certain regions are very picky on who they consider as Reddys.
