Very difficult to find a decent one. They charge 1 month or half month rent to begin with plus 7-10% monthly rent. Once you handover, you do not have any control over who they rent the house to. There are laws for equal opportunity. So they are obliged to pick based on these laws and not on your own interest. They do provide services for repairs and usually over charge. If you do not live in the state or nearby, they can take advantage. They can't even help you evicting a person if things go wrong. They cant force the tenant to pay monthly rent.
