sarle...majority ppl are happy with their purchase.

2020 end daka konnavallaki ...house values almost double ayyayi(also at low interest rates).  no one knows what will happen to house values once the interest rates come down and economy is in growth trend....especially considering the demand here in texas.

Property taxes, hot temparatures kuda teliyekunda konnaru ante, they will regret everything they buy in life wherever whatever. Min ga em chudakunda alochinchakunda lekkalu eskokunda konesara illu? Enduku ee jaffa regrets ippudu.

House values 60-80k taggayi but those who bought at high prices are compensated by low interest rates. Low lo ippudu kontunna vallu elagu high interest rates valla they pay almost similar amount to banks in high interest every month. No big difference. Maths rani edche bathayilani adavaddani cheppu anna

Dallas lo recent ga illu konollu andaru rent elago 2000 kattali kada ade intiki kattochu ani kontunnaru..

I don't understand how they are comparing 2000 rent to almost 5000 mortgage every month. Emanna ante future lo refinance antunnaru but like above reddit post they are paying heck of money for interest until they refinance...

Sadly, realtors and lenders don’t help them by providing enough information on how much they have to pay every month… many of them rely on redfin or Zillow calculators, which are mostly incorrect, to get an estimate of monthly payments before jumping in…

there are lot of people who bought their homes not knowing how much they have to pay every month and whether it is affordable or not
