It has details of what doc needs to notarized and what docs all are include in the shipment for renewal.

I applied Indian consulate in SF. I shipped all the docs. It took me around 4 weeks.

Even thought I slected US address as primary in new passport application form, but it got enquired in Indian address as well.

It wasnt like that in 2019 when I applied passport renewal for myself.

what I meant to say is there is address proof enquiry in India as well even thought if you opt your primary address is US.

renewal passport lo US address e vachindi. but, I'm wondering why did they do enquiry in India? it took extra few to process and w have to pay few thousand rupees for police verification. you knew why we have to give money even though everything is genuine
