California passes insane bill to take away your kids if you don't "affirm" their gender

gender affirmation being one of the factors considered in custody disputes, the bill now makes affirmation of a child's self-chosen gender mandatory. The bill would also classify you as a child abuser if you refuse to endorse your child's confusion.

That bill doesn't take away your kids.. It just makes gender affirmation part of the custody process, and *can*, not will, be one of the criteria on which custody is granted to a parent.

it means that the kid will still end up with one of the parents, not taken away from both the parents.

There is a big debate in US which desis mostly do not understand. CA lo if kid says they feel like different gender parents have to accept it anta or else consequences untayi like CPS taking away kids.
