Papi charayuvu ani oka sameta undi. Mana purvikulu ila enduku pettara ani anukunevadini. My theory: A good person has a good heart. He believes everyone and easily gullible and could get easily cheated. He also feels for every bad thing happening around him. He thinks about everyone. It takes a toll on the body. Even though he is a nice guy, he can't be happy. A bad person is selfish and only thinks about himself. When he cheats others or makes money he feels very happy. He never thinks about anyone. Always happy. That's why he lives for more time. In my experience, being happy is the key to living longer. We all need to figure out a way to be happy. We need to see into ourselves what makes us happy and keep doing more of that. Combine this with good food habits and exercise. - Philosopher Kaami baba. 1 Quote
