ok, then fire and hire new one . Market lo talent is coming for cheap . idi kuda oka problem aa ? just throw him under bus for missing deadlines. 

why contracotr is not working ante, avasaram ledu yemo, raau yemo or 2nd jaab yemo.

Depends on benefits you get if fulltime. Usually contractors get paid more but fulltime staff get benefits.
