I know you are looking for serious answers. But sometimes ppl have fun and post funny comments. Take it easy with them. Don't get offended.

With regards to Data Analyst become technology agnostic. Learn the subject. Learn to understand data and basic DB, table SQL skills. Pick one technology (I think Power BI is the most popular tool now) and learn it from Udemy or Youtube. Plenty of trainings and either cheap or free. 

Be prepared for interview. You can apply for any data analyst jobs even if they are using other technologies. You can say, I am a quick learner and you can explain how their scenarios (based on q'ns they ask) can be done in Power BI. Most interviews will ask for a problem you faced and how you solved. Think of a scenario and how you could solve using Power BI. 

Even if you go wrong in 1-2 interviews, make a note of questions and you will get through later.
