That's made line clear for Jagun to file Special Leave Petitions in Supreme court, even if High Courts issue a Stay order. He finally developed some lobbying capacity after being in good looks of Shah. Another reason why Baboru wants to get back to NDA.

I think the yellow batch's judicial influence is gradually waning and may not help them much in the days to come. If they get implicated in cases, it will be next to impossible to overcome legal hurdles. Asale valla degara manchi contractors and financiers vunaru who already face bankruptcy charges and financial cases against them. 

Ramoji cases la telsipotundi legal influence baaga taggindi ani. Last time I think 2005 la madgadarshi finaciers lolli ayinapud Eenadu and ramoji were very aggressive and acted swiftly in their own methods kani ipudu already case Supreme Lo vundi...escape kastame isari.

In the end it all goes to who is in power in Centre. Although it appears that Supreme court is independent,  Central government or those that in power command significant influence. So, it depends on being in good looks of Shah and Modi at the moment.

I never believed courts were independent. All that you need to do is to manage defense and prosecution and divert/delay the case. 

It all depends on the numbers. BJP will fall short of the numbers this time for sure but will be closer to the mark and that's where the support of YCP/BJD/TRS will become crucial. And all the cases will be dependent on these numbers now.
