The scam is very clear. I am really surprised how cbn got caught so easily. Siemens company ey maaku ee scheme ki em sambandhammledhu ani letter ichindi. Siemens legal team ki idea ledhu.

Agreed. But start ayindi siemens thoney. As per ap govt, it had mou with siemens with 90:10 ratio with ap govt paying 10%. Siemens wrote a letter in 2017 that there is no such mou.  This did not have cabinet approval. No tenders called. Honestly cbn getting caught in this is as silly as cash for note. He is the best organized criminal in india. Dint expect such easy unorganized scam.

there are tons of cases involved in this but 409 is the most difficult to win for babu.
