If money deposited into some relative account in India , then chances of getting caught is very slim...

This loop hole is used by giants like meta and Google etc. They transfer billions of dollars into tax free countries like Cayman islands in exchange for "software written over there" which in reality doesn't exist.

Technically what she did is correct, wife n husband are duping the client. Rules are established for a reason.
