In a horrific incident, a customer at Meridian restaurant in Punjagutta was allegedly beaten to death after an altercation with the staff.

A customer, Liyaqat visited the restaurant for dinner. The quarrel began when the customer asked for extra curd for the biryani and it turned into a heated argument. The customer was beaten up by the hotel staff.
