It should not be a problem for GC. 

Also Govt cannot and do not ask your personal money details. They do extensive background check related to your character (like any criminal history, domestic violence, drug abuse and any links to terrorist organizations, if you are involved in any money trail involving criminal activities, etc.

You should be OK. Also govt outsources these to some agencies who only give a summary of their analysis.

Doing 2 jobs is not a crime. Even if your current company finds out about it, they will simply terminate you but not file a case against you.

Depends on the sector and the company policy. Intaku mundu its a violation for Banks. But after Covid they changed their policy. Not sure what the norm is now, but every company has their own policy. Refer to the policy book (Every company has it published on their intranet). See what they say. Same with Government. Check with your manager about company policy.

Its a violation of their policy and not an compliance issue. Usual ga they terminate employment, that's all. 

I know of a case in Fannie Mae long back where one employee was negotiating his mortgage rate with a bank and referred to an sample rate someone got in his system. He had access as all morgages end at FanieMae. There was a phone tapping software or something which looks for key words and probably recorded conversation. He and his wife were terminated in next 1 hr. No action after that.

 I don’t think so, some agencies even do get your bank balance/statements details for example Casinos, if you work for casino they pull all your info with bank balance and pay checks as well(it happened to me in 2021)

Yeh let them pull your bank balance. Even for that they need your authorization. It should not be a problem. Hows does bank balance effect his employment for 2nd job?
