Naaku telisi, companies don't check credit score. There is something called employment history which contaisn your employment history also contains any red flags. You should be OK. Unless you did something really bad, there is usually nothing bad in ours.

Oka sari hire ayyaka, they dont check later.

mine second is  like prime vendor who handles the contracting work they said they won't do c2c or 1099 they have give n w2 , job kuda ayipoyindi , so far aithe emi analedu its

in considerring for ur empllloyment and  if u aree emmployed by the compaany in order to meet contract or govtt regulatorry requirements

These days "most" companies changed their policies.. and they made to sign  agreement again. New offers include saying that they will not work any other projects. So careful... some  " 40 hours full time" ani vuttundhi...  good luck

Family members hire cheste HR ki inform chese rule eppati nundo undi. No one will tell a company abt 2 jobs. As far as I know company will never sue, they just terminate. If USCIS wants to find these ppl who do 2 jobs they can easily do, but they don't. 

Naaku telsi 2 jobs is still not a problem unless something drastic happens. Of course I do not have awareness on the Tech companies. I work closely with HR Teams and I have not heard anything around this in our company.

This kind of language is there in most companies as part of MSA with vendor companies.

I agree with what @csrcsr said. Take permission if possible. It’s easy for company to find out. Worst case they will terminate you and before that your manager or HR may give you a warning.
