Rowdy gangs are usually individuals. Once leader gone or become weak, rest all disperse. Same with bejawada rowdies. Rayalaseema Factionist is different. They are close knit. Most of them family or relatives and from same village/street. Even if a leader dies, someone else will emerge and continue paga. 

So I think Rayalaseema Factionists will win.

Maa colony lo 20 yrs back incident. Two families fought with each other because their kids fought. One is from rayalaseema and other from hyd. Hyd family threatened Seema family saying they know amberpet sankar. They made a call to them. Next day morning sankar's gang came and made the hyd family (who called them) to apologize and fall at the feet of Seema family. Seema family is close family with big rayalaseema factionist.

Who dominated Kurnool jilla? There was 4 big factions at that time.

Until mid nineties kotla family. Tharvatha Bhuma. But mostly most of the kurnool factionists xonfined themselves to their own constituencies.

80s and 90s were worst. Factionists starting election rigging in areas outside Seema. Hyderabad election in 80s ITSELF had faction leaders intimidating local Hyderabadi voters.
