Was it ever richer in the past? I’m just curious. I’m quite sure AP population is higher than TG? Right. It’s like China is richer than every country in the world except USA. How many Indians immigrate to China for better oppurtunities???

Also in merchandise exports AP is 42k crores, compared to 21k crores from TG. 

Looks like AP has surpassed Telangana in Pharma exports or got on par with it. 

Software exports is the only thing keeping TG ahead.

"surpassed" - maybe for a clueless AP hater like you. Ap always had high exports - once upon a time the seafood exports were the single largest foreign exchange earner for india.

It was always ahead ....the gap - if anything - maybe closing after the split.
