Ya EB3 485 status ; attorney is chug , she saying we surrender cards and ask uscis in written letter for to move to pending 485 status EB2.

Hopefully you resolve the issue.

When is ur PD? You have both EB2 & EB3 and guessing before mid 2014. 

Some one saying, if the FAD current  atleast one buelltin, you might fight in the court.

Is it advisable to go to court? Attorney saying gc we can use as long as in court but we can’t leave usa
