Gc revoke : what are the action items

I said clearly uscis is cancelling gc’s which were issued in error. You should have contacted immediately when you knew you were not supposed to get a gc with out pd is current but you didn’t and happily enjoyed.

issueed by error when FINAL action date is not current additional validation should have been done by attorney when pd is not current

Attorney saying we can appeal to the court or move to h1 , if we appeal we can use gc until court decision, judge can decide , but court will be expensive and leaving usa difficult ani saying

many of us in db  got between 2020 to 2022, but bulletin lo final action date has to be current(some rare scenarios) emi peekaru

I will do consultation for second opinion Anna call Sam Shihab he is very conservative or you can call reddy setup consultation take second third opinion matter of 500 dollars its ok as this is it is complex no one of us will know the answers 

My gut fee 485 has to go to pending in the worst case it cannot be denied un less some fraud , bg check etc extreme cases and you should have EAD ap benefits 

 

but take opinion do it fast dont delay Good luck,

Sorry to hear man, but you are not the first guy that uscis did to you. There are so many crying in telegram groups whose GCs got revoked they were able to go back to EAD successfully. Don't worry

I have both EB2 and EB3 485, GC came in EB2 , if that is gone , EB3 should stay as I didn’t upgrade , both are separate 485s

I will be setting up call with Rahul, is murthy or Rahul who is better bro

Oh so you never filed 485j for upgrade??? yes bro it should be I think Rahul and Sam shihab are more modern than Murthy
