Last week na car (GM) drive cheshunte (with my kid) breaks faill ayyayi sundden ga. 40mph speed lo unna..right thesukoleka poya..parking button kodatham ante backside car fast ga vasthundi..emergency flashing lights vesi..car konchem slow ayyaka right lo parking lot velli..park button press chesa..kid undi kabatti panic kakunda dairyam thechukoni manage chesa..fusul egurthunayi ipudu thaluchukonte.. dealer dagara drop chesa.. diagnose chesi cheptham annar..car inka lease lo undi..nenu new car ivvandi..lekapothe lease break cheyamani aduguthuna.. please any advice on how to proceed..thanks

Gm cars aaa? Almost Bankrupt ayina company. Get another manufacturer cars whichever has better quality checks. I don’t trust anything other than Toyota cars btw

Insist on breaking the lease citing safety and be firm that you’ll never lease/buy a GM car again. If they don’t budge, call GM corporate helpline and talk to them politely and explain what happened. Say you lost trust in their vehicles and want to get out of the lease.

under safety clause edhaina seyyochu. threaten to sue them. Tell them you had a kid in your car. i think they will have to kiss your assssss. not other way around. 10nguuu poyiii. thaggakuu asaluu. anhthung could have happened to you and your kid btw. lets be clear on that. you got lucky. period

Actually sue them. Atleast in small claims court. You will get money. Mental trauma ani exaggerate cheyi. Kid freaked out ani. Situation ni downplay cheyaku. Suing is seen as a demon by us and you will get comments here, but it drives responsibility in the company. You will benefit too.
