When was the last time the car was serviced properly? During servicing, dealer should guide you on the brakes. Did they suggest that the brakes need to be replaced? If the car is with leased new and with in servicing period, you should be able to sue dealer/Car manufacturer. If you did not get guidance from dealer on brakes, you can sue them. If its been a while since you did servicing, blame yourself. 1 Quote
