if you want it in a curry, tomato base laaga chesi last few mins lo put the fish(it's already cooked and ready to eat) in. Don't overcook or it will be paste

simple ga ante, mix in some soy sauce and sriracha(any hot sauce) and have it with rice

I eat them straight out of the can. Acquired taste

yea, but it’s an acquired taste. Don’t forget to drain all the oil in the can

Skin peel chesina Fresh Catfish techuko. Or from any Asian/Mexican store.

Take a pan. Dry fry -> onions, tomato, green chili, ginger, garlic until rawness is gone. Grind and paste it.

Put oil in the pan. Add few onion pieces, curry leaves, garam masalas (whole). Once onions fried, add the paste above. Add saly, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and let the gravy cook. Add the fish pieces and place them in the gravy. Let it cook on slow flame.

Once fish is cooked, adjust salt and chilipowder and masala.

Curry comes out amazing. Its a semi-gravy. Neither pulusu nor fry.

if you like the taste and want to get more, get fish stored in olive oil instead of brine
