of course they monitor everything you do. They will deny and its their job to deny.

monitoring is cheap and easy now.

I have 2 phones, I didn't want to overlap personal phone to office phone. 
elago work from home kabatti carrying isn't a issue, personal phone ee eppudu pettukoni tirugutha.

Same with my office. I cannot carry 2 phones. So I ported my personal number to office phone. Of course they have access to our apps. But monitor emi cheyaru. Chesina emi anaru. they do understand we have personal apps and use the phone for other stuff like Instagram, whatsapp, etc etc. 

I have this for last 7-8 yrs and never had issue. Depends on company as well I think.

Bindaas ga teesko. Its not about saving $40-50. Its more about convenience. Its tough to carry 2 phones everywhere and keep them charged.

Never ever browse forn on company phone or laptop. They can track the usage of apps but they do not know what you are seeing. Stocks, whatsapp, Insta chusko .. No issues.

you can always ask your security/HR/Infra team who is responsible for these mobile devices in your company and find out if they do track your personal data and browsing history etc. Most companies do not track or monitor. They only check for their company related Apps. However, if they ever sense that your device is compromised by hack or virus etc, they can simply wipe out entire phone without your permission. This is the only risk and you should always back your photos/apps etc regularly.
