Vare, recruiting team ni layoff cheste then how hiring happens ? The reason they are laying off those recruiting folks are due to less demand for hiring = no new job openings kada.

agreed but its not layoffs of tech resources , hiring is slow in google every one knows only meta started hiring again ,

Google is making "significant" cuts to its recruiting organization and as it pulls back on hiring.

Surprisingly Meta is hiring. Lots of jobs posted and in my inbox. Linkedin recommendations.
