Sad story any suggestion

One of my cousin told me a story of his wife cousin and asked for suggestion 

there was girl who loved her classmate , that guy came to US to do masters , he successfully completed education and was doing part time until  he could get a job. 
 

he got the girl to US for masters, both did livin here in US. After 4 months they went to India and married. 

during liv in she got pregnant and delivered baby 6 months after marriage. 
 

they didn’t want any one to know about baby so , they didn’t inform any one and wanted to wait till 9 month before they let other people know. 

After 2 month of baby birth, the boy stated her master admission is cancelled and she lost her F1 status asked her to go to India and get stamped on F2 

The girl who gave birth to baby 2 months ago , didn’t wanted to leave , but baby didn’t have passport and the boy pushed her to go to INdia stating he will take care of the baby in US. 

The boy brother just came for masters , so they left the baby with him and went to the airport. 
 

Big twist is the boy also booked a ticket to India for him also , after boarding the plane the girl realized they left their 2 month old in US with her husbands brother. 
 

she tried to get off but he threatened her

it appeared that the boy have schizophrenia and made him delusional. 

And this poor girl couldn’t realize it , now both the couple in India 

the brother who was supposed to take care of baby couldn’t care for him and took him to hospital , and left him there. 

Child Neglect service came to the hospital and took control of the baby and placing them in foster. 

The boy doesn’t want to come to US as he is have Mental and is not thinking straight. 
 

Girl has no I 20 for f1 but has F2 i20 , but no stamping , she has F1 stamping for masters. 
 

she is trying to get stamping to come to US 

how ever no one responded from the US consulate in Hyderabad. 
 

Can any help getting F1 I 20 so she can get her baby and go to INdia 

or other options for emergency Visa

Ask her to file a divorce first.. he seems to be gone case

she need to apply visiting visa and contact authorities to get custody for her son

f1 funds unte ikadaki vachaka she can change her visa i guess

True story , I was shocked to even hearing this story, my cousin was even shocked when his wife told him about the incident. 
 

I think that mental fellow forced wife to leave , a pilla ke brain unnattu ledu to leave a 2 month old kid.

I don’t know full details brother this is 4th hand information. Nannu emi cheyachu ani adigithe , ekkada post vesa , even though I know , I will get lot of nonsense replies 

but one person might help ani 

 

I told them about senators , emergency visa and family lawyer and all those stuff
