Sad story any suggestion

Big twist is the boy also booked a ticket to India for him also , after boarding the plane the girl realized they left their 2 month old in US with her husbands brother. 
 

she tried to get off but he threatened her

it appeared that the boy have schizophrenia and made him delusional. 

And this poor girl couldn’t realize it , now both the couple in India 

the brother who was supposed to take care of baby couldn’t care for him and took him to hospital , and left him there. 

Child Neglect service came to the hospital and took control of the baby and placing them in foster. 

The boy doesn’t want to come to US as he is have Mental and is not thinking straight. 
 

Girl has no I 20 for f1 but has F2 i20 , but no stamping , she has F1 stamping for masters. 
 

she is trying to get stamping to come to US 

how ever no one responded from the US consulate in Hyderabad. 
 

Can any help getting F1 I 20 so she can get her baby and go to INdia 

or other options for emergency Visa

Sorry to say Mental cases are very serious case in both the countries ! 

She has only option is K1 visa She needs to Divorce Then apply for K1 visa setting giving money to us citizen 

 

or apply cook visa H1 b but need Hotel management  diploma 1 year course 

 

end of the day they need to spend lot of money

If the kid is born in USA and parents neglect her and goes into the hands of child services, she becomes the child of the state. She will be put in foster care. 

She has to come to US on whatever visa, get a stable job and show a stable home environment and fight a long legal battle to get custody.

I feel really bad for the kid.

Hence proved, Kid is better in custody of Child Services. Sooner rather than later this is bound to happen for the Kid. 

And this is exactly what the Mom has to prove and convince to get the child back which is a herculean task at this point. Child Services will build a strong case against the mother especially in this regard as she neglected the baby and left the country.

I don’t know the whole story bro, but one of the doctors in the relative heard the whole story and said he is schizophrenic and they moved him to psychiatry hospital this week. He is getting treatment , psychiatry doctor  said this could be likely from the stress of new born baby but said this could have been not diagnosed in the past. 
 

He constantly states some one is trying to kill him and when he boarded flight he was saying every one else in the flight booked tickets to check on him. The boy has a visa but can’t come as he is saying he has threat to his life . Girl has visa but doesn’t have I20 as they did t pay the tuition. 
 

They changed to F2 visa and looking for stamping , contacted US embassy Hyderabad and waiting on emergency visa. 
 

asked them to contact senators in the city they live. 
 

yes child services are allowing some family to be guardians , but they said they should have court decision before they could get the baby back to mom and only judge will decide if the baby can go to mom

Only goal is get this girl to US and get the baby.

Hope the girl gets to be with her baby. But foster system in US is really bad. Once any kid goes into system, its tough.

If this is a real true story, some desi women are gullible. People do crazy things for love/insecure situations. Mother may have thought the guy will take care of baby. Mothers love is unquestionable and her grit will be tested for sure.
