happens all over, hence there is "Child Protection" in the US, which is exactly to protect the baby from 'abuse or neglect' from impulsive/unstable/irresponsible mothers as well.

K1 is fiancee visa, if the girl marries a US citizen, then she can come back to the US with that. 

But honestly its better the mother proceeds via proper legal routes to get back to the child instead of trying with some loop holes in the system.

I don’t know the whole story bro, but one of the doctors in the relative heard the whole story and said he is schizophrenic and they moved him to psychiatry hospital this week. He constantly states some one is trying to kill him and when he boarded flight he was saying every one else in the flight booked tickets to check on him. The boy has a visa but can’t come as he is saying he has threat to his life . Girl has visa but doesn’t have I20 as they did t pay the tuition. 
 

They changed to F2 visa and looking for stamping , contacted US embassy Hyderabad and waiting on emergency visa. 
 

asked them to contact senators in the city they live. 
 

yes child services are allowing some family to be guardians , but they said they should have court decision before they could get the baby back to mom and only judge will decide if the baby can go to mom

Only goal is get this girl to US and get the baby. 
 

 

The best option is saying girl left the baby with dad and dad had mental problems, so he neglected ani vaadi meedhaki thoseyandi (providing dictor’s certificate) as he is not coming to US anyway and the mom can claim the baby. Cheppinantha simple ga vundadhu process but this may work.
