• కౌంటర్ వేయడానికి సమయం కోరిన సీఐడీ న్యాయవాది

టీడీపీ అధినేత చంద్రబాబుకు విజయవాడలోని ఏసీబీ కోర్టులో ఈరోజు కూడా ఊరట లభించలేదు. ఆయన పెట్టుకున్న బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ విచారణను ఏసీబీ కోర్టు వాయిదా వేసింది. విచారణను ఈ నెల 19వ తేదీకి (మంగళవారం) వాయిదా వేసింది. కౌంటర్ వేయడానికి సీఐడీ న్యాయవాది సమయం కోరడంతో... 19లోగా కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయాలని సీఐడీని కోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. హైకోర్టులో క్వాష్ పిటిషన్ పెండింగ్ లో ఉన్న విషయాన్ని కూడా ఈ సందర్భంగా న్యాయమూర్తి ప్రస్తావించారు. మధ్యంతర బెయిల్ పై విచారణ జరిపితే క్వాష్ పిటిషన్ పై ప్రభావం పడుతుందని జడ్జి అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

Ekkadaina idhe process untadhi bhayya. Be it cbn case or Avinash case or Jagan case, cbi or Cid will always ask for time to file counter. They have to go through the actual petition filed and then counter it point by point. Rules can't change for cbn kadha.

• దరఖాస్తును తిరస్కరించిన జైలు అధికారులు

I am not talking about your own pulka world rules bhayya. Any court in the world, when a bail petition is filed,  investigation agency will ask for time to file the counter.  They will get access to the actual bail petition today and then once they ho through it,  need to provide evidence on why and on what basis they are countering it. No investigation agency will file a counter on the same day.

Be it basic info or additional info, there is a process to file a counter,  same day evvadu counter file cheyyadra ante malli additional info antaav.  Akkada cbn, loki and their lawyers kanna nuvvu ekkuva baadha padipothunaav.
