Hollywood vallu kooda thakkuvem kadu , funny thing is many think they are authentic content makers. Lot of movies were inspired/copied from Japanese movies. Japanese are known for their film making, albeit aren't popular as hollywood. Seven samurai, Yojimbo, Gojira, The hidden fortress inka list goes on . Subs tho original films choodu kudirithe.

Seven samurai, Yojimbo…ee rendu movies choosa…superb movies…specially that seven samurai…its very lengthy movie but still once you start watching you wont leave in middle….

yup thats why there is a famous movies list called “original movies”..like 2001 space odyssey, pulp fiction, interstellar, inception, seven samurai, bicycle thief..etc 

only few directors like Akira Kurosawa, Stanley Kubrick, Christopher Nolan..etc attempted original movies…

(note from india… satygith ray, rgv ..etc we can include in that list…but i watched half movie of pather panchali so cant judge him …and rgv become more like political than director now a days..)

Vaadu marketing thappa peekedi em undadu ani vinna. Shiva kooda most part assistant directors teesaru antaru.  Ray Apu trilogy untadi choodu. Vitalacharya kooda , way ahead of his time. 

City of joy - Om puri movie , good watch .

yup...RGV meeda...naaku good opinions and bad opinions rendu equal gaa vunnayi...but one thing for sure...he created some path for indian mafia films...for eaxmaple...slum dog millionaire director also referred his movies...for his slum dog movie...but anyway..he is wasted talent...now working for politcial party...gone case..

but anyway...i always feel...singeetam srinivas...is underrated...and also...munna bhai series director also...

This is actually kind of insulting the directors who made Bachan the true Indian star with films like Don, Muqaddar ka sikandar and deewar. They hit the Malabar coast like a cyclone atleast from my perspective.
