When does a jaffa turn in to pyscho

That jaffa is a pyscho is obvious. They themselves agree saying they became like that due to "pulka overaction".

so i want to understand underlying mechanics. what exactly is the pulka action that upsets jafas so much they turn to pyscho. Is it some cola abuse or simply them saying "jai balayya" ?
