Yeh too much of unoccupied and unsold properties and apartments in hyderabad. Govt and builders are trying to show a different picture via recent record land selling which is actually a trick. The builders who bidded did not pay final amount and lost only their deposit which is peanuts. 

Hopefully prices will come down a little bit.
