EB1 gone case?

Anyone suggesting that applying for EB1 now will lead to a Green Card within 5 years is misinformed. Unfortunately, the situation is likely to worsen as time progresses. Many individuals who have faced long waits in the EB2/EB3 categories have already given up and are now exploring EB1, contributing to a potential misuse of the EB1C category. Major tech companies like Google (GOOG), Amazon (AMZN), Microsoft (MSFT), and others have begun temporarily relocating employees abroad for a year, designating them with titles containing keywords like "Manager" under the approval of top management, HR, and attorneys.Same thing doing to by WITCH companies to keep retain their old employees.

Similarly, consulting companies, including those with offshore offices in India, have initiated the EB1 path by creating temporary, fabricated positions in India. Even individuals are signing up as HR managers, working from India while managing HRs for the consulting company, all for the purpose of targeting EB1. Upon returning to the US, these individuals can utilize their existing H1 status (without needing L1A) and directly apply for I140/485. This trend is creating a significant queue in the EB1 category for the future. This is evident from the unusual regression of the Date of Filing from 2022 to 2019 at the beginning of the year, a rare occurrence in the history of immigration processes.

Many of them are going to Canada Ireland etc anD working there for one year ,most of the tech Companies have dev centers in those locations and porting the date

Some people are they are discussing with their lawfirm then they see going many h1bs are in manager role , most of the teams are spread across geos , Ireland Canada ki ekva veltunaru

Meeranranta oka 10 yrs pd and gc gurinchi marchipote better I literally saw 8 and half years between 2012 and 2020 literally eb2 dates crawling one week or two weeks from bulletin to bulletin and some visa bulletins no chnage also..when I missed my priorirty date by 9 months in 2012 march visa bulletin and finally became current in 2020 october visa bulletin there so much chnaged in those 9 years in life bust stupid visa trouble did not change .... it's like every month someone banging on your nose it's bleeds and dries and repeat like that. . I even know ppl who missed pd by 1 or 2 days they also had no other option than wait those 8 and half years..

At this time , 10 years wait lo kuda em jargadhu.

So better look other options.

True, but 10 years is also not enough anipisthundhi.. 

2020 lo nee pd current ayyindhi after 8 years ante adhi Covid moolam ga 

otherwise starting from 2012 one week , 2 weeks or even no date change bulletins ye anni till 2020 .that also bcoz of Covid
