I worked in a company in Hyd owned by Rajus. I went there for a friends marriage. Shocked at seeing so many high end cars which were not there even in hyderabad at that time. 

Thats when ppl told me about how much people are rich in Bhimavaram

Bhimavaram is altogether different level back in 2000 itself. Kolleti sarassu pakkana 20 to 30 acres vundevi maa college lo chadivey friends ki...picha rich appatloney.

Indira Gandhi PM unnappudu Bhimavaram nundi few rich folks went to Delhi and met her it seems. They requested her to grant an airport in the town. They said just give clearance and we will fund the airport, no need for govt to fund it ani.

Indira Gandhi was shocked and surprised how come a small unknown town ppl have enough money to build and run airport ani. She enquired and one fine day CBI raided most houses in Bhimavaram anta....they found lots of cash and valuables which were not taxed. That is the history of this town :D

None of them live in Nellore , guntur or krishna . After reaching 100 cr worth they shift to big cities 

The neglect of physical  and social infrastructure in smaller cities is the reason why big cities have immensely benefited over smaller ones in India 

The pattern is visible all across the states except kerala and tamil Nadu to some degree
