We are planning to buy a house with our savings money and no loan. Is it a good plan? are we missing any benefits like tax savings etc., ? Could you please help with pros and cons of paying cash without any loan? Thanks for your help.

Most desis have money. A lot of ppl invested them in stocks, house flipping, investment homes, restaurants and other businesses. 

Those who did not invest and are sitting on the sidelines, got tired and buying homes with their savings. 

Bottomline -> Most desis have money. Also thier RSU, ESPP's have skyrocketed.
