Depends on what level person you are interviewing… junior level ekkuva cheyyaledu… most of the leetcode problems are not useful in most companies.. with some practice, many ppl can hack these interviews.. I hear my friends complain that ppl do very good in interviews but fail at doing actual work once they are hired… 

I usually don’t give any coding questions… I usually ask about their current project, what they built (very low level details), patterns they used, performance issues and how they solved…

ivanni cover chesesarike one hour aipothundi, if the candidate is good.. if not good, I will stop the interview in less than 30 mins…

this is where the problem is…if i ask tell me about yourself…they will give atleast 10 mins of introduction non stop…some people who are good at communication they manage the all vocal questions…but give a simple coding problem then you will see how good they are…

i remember i got one resume like 16+ years exp…in his first round he managed all vocal questions…but i gave hime simple sorting problem…he couldn’t do it…what surprised me is he dont know how to create a basic json object…as well…finally he said he is not hands on development but the role he applied required hands on development…

Any tech company anna  not only tech company evn few fintechs, banks 100% untadi doesn't matter you are dev devops front-end backend Middleware , fiest one or two coding next rounds system design , they don't care language frameworks your know you can pick from multiple languages to finish the round

I WAS a good coder. Not done coding in 7-8 yrs. 

I meant I should try a few interviews for my role and test my value. Its been 15 yrs.
