 go for an allergy test.. they usually ask you to take Zyrtec every day during allergy season irrespective of the symptoms… 

Also wear a mask and glasses if you are going out..

It does help when needed esp throat pain, etc. But daily tagakudadu. Vepareetamaina veedi chestundi.

Like @Sixers mentioned avoiding sugars (even though i don't eat much sugar) even in tea/coffee and reducing a bit of carbs helped. 

Otherwise NetiPot helps. But daily cheyadam konchem baddakam. So I switch on hot water in shower for 5 mins and then have a bath. Hot steam clears your sinuses. 

Stop drinking cold stuff from fridge. Stop putting table fan in the direction of your nose.

East coast zone - pollen abbo abbo !! Dhoola teertundhi naaku aite, allergy test ayyaka , maa doc chppindhi be on claritin until pollen season …am looking to be not on meds but tappatledhu bro .. even i am exploring other remedies but not its not helping
