my company gives 10% bonus but that too depend on company performance and chala sarlu namam pettaru ivvakunda

Depends on the grade in the company. Team member - 10%, Enterprise Architect - 15%, Manager - 15%, Sr. Manager - 20%

Depends on performance of company. Mostly give abouve 100%. Last 10 yrs 3 yrs below 100% and mostly above.

we don’t get bonus, we get RSU refreshers depending on the level.

got 50k last year, it will be allocated over 4 years

The place where I work, we have generous bonus. 18-22% vuntadi minimum. 401k match and other benefits vundavu….so bonus jara ekuva vuntadi
