Non veg lovers in Plano or Frisco

Raw chicken ekkada dorikiddhi manchidi.. Couple of times got it from Farm2Cook, SwadeshiPlaza.. Either small or very big biryani peices vutunnayi..Irving India imports lo manchiga medium size doreikedhi..which is too good for chicken curry.

Costco lo shrimp untayi anna product of India vi thisuko, 99 ranch lo kuda  baguntayi

shrimp is easy to overcook and makes it rubbery. Cook it on slow flame or put them in 5 mins before removing

Hareli lo you can ask butcher to cut , tip them for it .

2 years back costco lodhi try chesam.. Baga smell vachindhi ani stopped.

Low flame loney cooked most of the time.. Malla cook chesi chudali.

Shrimp rubber laga rakunda undalante -> Marinate shrimp+pasupu+little salt (imp - ekkuva veyakudadu) for 15 mins. In little oil add this shrimp and cook for 5 mins. Keep aside. Tarvata regular oil+masalas+onion+ginger garlic+tomato+chili powder+salt+coriander powder+garam masala. When gravy almost done add shrimp back and complete curry

For boneless chicken, take oil in a wok and add chicken dirctly. Put a lid on top. Add pasupu+ginger garlic. After 10-15 mins water will come out and oil will ooze out. Take chicken out. Do regular gravy as above or whatever you like and add chicken at end.

wholefoods eppudu try cheyaleda?? vadi dagara meat section lo whole chicken untadi.. vadine skin off small pieces ani chepu... neat ga cut chesi istadu

Almost same process follow avutunna for Shrimp..kakapothey oka 15 mins on low flame. E sari 5 mins try chesi chusta. But main problem is with the size of the shrimp.. Chinnavi aithey baguntayi.. but here we get either medium of big size..

I actually like bigger ones and they come out really good. Not rubbery.
