తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధినేత నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు అరెస్ట్‌పై తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ పోచారం శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి స్పందించారు. చంద్రబాబు అరెస్ట్‌ను ఆయన ఖండించారు. ఈ అరెస్ట్ అప్రజాస్వామికమన్నారు. రాజకీయ కక్ష సాధింపులో భాగంగానే అరెస్ట్ జరిగిందని, రాజకీయాల్లో ఇలాంటి తీరు సరికాదన్నారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థలో రాజకీయం చేయకూడదని సూచించారు. రాజకీయం అంటే కక్షలు, కుట్రలు కాదని గుర్తించాలన్నారు.

కాగా, స్కిల్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ కేసులో చంద్రబాబు అరెస్టై, రాజమండ్రి కేంద్రకారాగారంలో ఉన్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఆయన క్వాష్ పిటిషన్‌ను ఏపీ హైకోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది. మరోవైపు సీఐడీ దాఖలు చేసిన కస్టడీ పిటిషన్‌ను విచారించిన న్యాయస్థానం రెండు రోజుల సీఐడీ కస్టడీకి అప్పగించింది.

If not squash, then the only option is BAIL which will come with conditions and everything will be recorded. This is like a slow poison. State CID Ki fully cooperate cheyali not just in this case but in all other CID cases else bail cancellation application move chestaru CID.

Lol…When was the last time a FIR was squashed in favor of politician's ? Present CJI is very tough, bail and squash petitions Supreme Ki teesukuni vasthe venakki pampadam or low priority ga treat cheyadam…
