there are few reasons...

1. lands ichhina vallkai chatta baddamina hakku/badrata kalpincha leka povadam... (this one is enough..rest of the point are just optional...)

2. still there is no proper connectivity by road...to capital...(jagan is still using that as excuse and using chooper to roam around near by places with in 6 kilo meters...)

3. publicity was peak at that time like tunnels, and building models..etc where roads are primary need and they are not even in basic stage...(bite off more than you can chew..)

4. not sure is that place is selected by any committee..or its oneside decission...

 

note...i am not entirely supporting or defending any party here...its collective effort to make andhra ni  M గుడిసిఫై...so in this case there is no scope to support any party bhajana...if any one claim andhra is developed in one regime...i will come with more questions...

lets see...if they confirmed vizag as capital...they are corrupt at core...by taking aback from 3 capitals...

I think you are taking the crap people say here way too serious as politics.

I'd simply check living standards indicators in AP and say that Andhra is doing reasonably well. TDP is unable to do constructive politics.
