Repu job pote income lekapote they will sell ..why u worry everyone know their finance/risk factors..only time will tell who's is doing right or wrong ..lot of ppl scared me.in 2022 saying prices are gonna fall to 50% to like precovid that did not happen..but latest 2022 prices were down 5 to 10% but market bounced back in January Feb of 2023 ..so having home in long term always helps in my opinion..just make sure buy something in your affordability for peaceful and happy life.. overall my decision worked out though I put high price I got rate locked in 3% by looking at today rates I feel like much better. 

 

If someone buying at 7% who know interest rates may go in 10% un year or two or they may go back to 4 or 5s also..

I do not see anything wrong in this purchase. Life lo money sampadinchi em use, if they cannot enjoy? You cannot put a value on the primary house. 250K ki $6500/mo is not bad. Once interest rates comes down, it becomes easy and manageable for them.
