when you get remanded, you get the same treatment and facilities along with other inmates. Crying like a baby saying he is a former-CM with 4 decades of history, 74-year old man, asking for home-made food - no one is above the law. If they allowed home-made food, he should be THANKFUL for that. He should have thought about these while scamming. It's too late.

if 5-star facilities, home-made food, conjugal visits, privacy, freedom are provided by prisons, many people would commit repeated crimes and just go to jail repeatedly and end up living in prisons for FREE using public's money.
