Refugee visa GC because of democracy in India( Andhra Pradesh)

Today I heard from a law firm that  two people from Andhra Pradesh applied for refugee visa GC under below reasons.

1) A guy with criminal record who spent in jail for 16 months and became CM with all illgotten fraud money ( 32 cbi ed cases)and was on bail for 10 years is misusing the power and not following the constitution rules. He is gng against court’s judgment and killing innocent people. One exmaple they documented is killing dalit doctor in narsipatnam  and killing own babai and protecting avinash from arrest.

2) with  the recent arrest of national leader and politician CBN , without any ground evidence and law procedure they arrested him. What happens if a common man from Andhra Pradesh living in usa goes back to home country what is the gaurantee they don't get  killed in this criminal govt and arrested without following the constitutional rules and law. 

3) All voter list are changed and one good point is these two people name got removed from voter list and someone else name ( ycp goonda and rigging guys) was listed.

 

with all above proofs they are applying refugee GC.

Minimum criteria is: you should own a property in Andhra Pradesh and utility bills should be on your name.

Yes they are not allowing IT employees to do a protest or express solidarity in AP and police are  obstructing them . Protesting is a fundamental right in democratic country like India which is in danger as we see whats happeing in AP right now

RESPONSE FROM USCIS:

You can relocate your poor miserable lazy as$ to another state within India SAFELY instead of trying to relocate yourself to another country with vague and silly reasons to claim benefits for life. There is a reason why 1.5 billion population is safe in India with no issues.
