People should not take a decision for Masters based on current job situation. By the time they complete masters, it takes 1.5 to 2 yrs and they need to evaluate the job market then which no one knows. 

Students should not go overboard taking loans which they cannot payback in dreams of getting a job in USA. There are opportunities in India too. Explore them. Take decisions that work for them.
